What Synka does for your team

Events and attendance

Players reply going or not going with one tap. Coaches see straight away who is coming. Each team sets its own deadline and whether a reason is required.

Polls

Named or anonymous, chosen per poll. Anonymous means the answer is never linked to the person, and results only appear from five answers.

Training content

Share the plan, drills and timings before training, so everyone arrives prepared.

Announcements

Important news for the whole team, with read receipts for coaches. Nothing gets lost in the group chat.

Built for clubs with many teams

Every club manages itself. Synka keeps clubs strictly apart.

Roles that fit

Permissions configurable per club and team, with an end date if needed, for example the end of the season.

Import, don’t retype

Bring in squads from a CSV file and invite people by email. Nobody is ever sent a password.

Four languages

German, French, Italian and English. Everyone picks their own language.

Your club’s look

Club colour and crest in the app. Scouting, training planning and assistant modules can be switched on per club.

Privacy and security

Team data belongs to the club. Synka is built to keep it there.

Run in Switzerland

Server, database and backups are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

Clubs strictly apart

The database itself enforces the separation between clubs, not just the application.

No passwords

Sign in with a passkey or a one-time email link. Coaches and admins must use a second factor.

No ads, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The app is not funded by data.

Encrypted backups

Continuous off-site backups, restore tested and scheduled.

Open to reports

Please report security issues to hi@synka.team; details in security.txt.
